|Job Requirement||Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc. Must have experience of Naukri and other search portals. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Proven experience required for Campus Recruitment. Can deliver lecture in a gathering of min. 100 people / students / employees. Hands on experience with various selection processes (,phone interviewing, reference check etc). Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Can Design Salary structure with appropriate break up. Knowledge of HRA and Employee benefits. Have worked on Leave and attendance management / regularisation
Must have knowledge and work experience on Appraisal, Bell curve fitment, Promotion Interviews.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
If she has IR knowledge and has good HR Generalist knowledge, will be an added advantage.
