Job Requirement Customer Service
1 - Provide professional support to clients including e.g. secretarial services, photocopying, printing, laminating, binding and faxing services
2 - Act as point of contact for all internal client requests
3 - Deliver the Customer Service standards to all CE clients
4 - Ensure all phones are answered according to the CE script and within three rings and take and forward messages for clients as they require
5 - Professional greeting to clients and usage of client names at all times to generate a professional and welcoming atmosphere
6 - Set up and support meeting room and video conferencing facilities, in line with client request
7 - Assist in any other area of the centre and cover other receptions in the centre as and when required
